With every session we allow ample time so you never feel rushed or pressured.

Maternity

Your pregnancy journey is short lived (it may not feel like it now), your body will continue to grow and change throughout.... this is all part of the incredible pathway to motherhood. It is truly special and each pregnancy is so precious and unique.
Whether it's your first baby, your 4th baby, first baby or your last, capturing these incredible changes will help you remember this remarkable stage forevermore, to help remember that bond with baby only the two of you shared.

You will be treated with a warm welcome and made to feel completely at ease for the duration. Our maternity photography sessions are natural, tasteful and classic.
All poses, outfits, what and who to bring will be discussed before your session.

NEWBORN
Newborn baby photography sessions are like no other type of photography. These sessions are a golden opportunity to preserve precious memories of your tiny new addition, the days pass by in such a blur. Images of your new baby will be cherished for many years to come. A newborn photoshoot is an investment you will never regret!
They are captured whilst your babies tiny features are so fresh and new, their limbs are yet to uncurl and they are still very sleepy allowing us to pose them at ease.
We both regularly undertake professional training in the posing of newborn babies and more importantly newborn safety, so rest assured your little bundle is in the safest of hands.
Newborn baby sessions should ideally take place at between 5 and 14 days old. Sessions last up to 3 hours long allowing us plenty of time to feed and settle baby so you will never feel hurried. We will always follow babies lead, no pose is ever forced, nor is baby left unaided in any position.
Your newborn session needs to be booked before baby arrives so we can keep a space in the diary, but session dates and times are then arranged once your baby has joined you.
A detailed information pack will be emailed once booking is confirmed to help you prepare and get the best out of your session. We will both be on hand to discuss your session beforehand too.
Family and children sessions

In a blink of eye our little ones have grown up, flown the nest and creating their own adventures in life.
We are very passionate out the importance of photographs , the memories they help to preserve are just priceless. Portraits on the wall of children and their families create a confident child according to psychologists. Thats enough reason for us!
We love to capture children's s personality and character from babies through to teens. We always encourage family portraits too. You will thank us for investing in this family photoshoot.
Our baby and children photography sessions start once baby is sitting unaided. Please note we do also offer newborn sessions for the younger baby, see above for more information.
Each session from here on is tailored to suit your family and children, we want you to get the very best from your session.
We offer both studio and location photoshoot sessions.
Studio sessions are a perfect choice for sitter sessions, first birthday sessions and the more styled portrait. Suitable for smaller family groups and children. Based in Bodmin, North Cornwall.
Location sessions too are extremely special, these are where your family can really come alive. A great way to capture your family whilst relaxed and carefree .
Exist in those photos not just for you, but for special keepsakes for your children.

Cake smash
Is your little one turning 1? Yay, how exciting!
Fancy something a little different to mark their first birthday? To celebrate an amazing year, a year where they change the most.
Our cake smash photography sessions are full of fun and the perfect way to capture their special milestone. We love to provide you with keepsakes to treasure forever more.
These sessions are tailored to suit you. Have a theme in mind? No problem we can chat it through and plan the perfect shoot.
Or do you need some inspiration for your shoot? We have lots of samples of recent sessions for you to choose from.
Cake smash sessions start with a special portrait of your little man or lady with their specially created set, once they are ready out comes the cake...... and so the mess begins!
Once we are satisfied we have spread cake far enough and captured some treasures you will be given the option of a splash portrait too. A little bubbly splash in our tub. Often the highlight of the whole session!!! Plus little one gets to leave squeeky clean too.
Whilst we do everything we can to create the most amazing experience for your little one, under no circumstances will they be forced to do anything and if eating cake isn't their thing we will move on to something they are happy with.
All decorations are provided so there is no need to worry, just pop along enjoy the show then you're free to leave all the mess to us....what's not to love about that.
However please note whilst we provide everything needed we unfortunately at present can not supply the cake. Cakes can be as elaborate or as simple as you wish, but we just ask you give us a little heads up on colours so we can incorporate in to our set ups.

How it works..
Your experience is spread over three stages.
1. Consultation / Booking
We are on hand to help you to prepare and get the best out of your session. We can chat with you in the studio this way can meet you and your family we can show you around ahead of your session so little people feel more at ease.
Alternatively we can chat via telephone or email.
2. Your Session
We will greet you with a warm welcome at our Bodmin based studio, as well as a cuppa and a biscuit too. We will chat you through our plans and ensure you are all fully happy. Then this is where the fun begins.... We will finish by arranging your viewing appointment.
3. Your Viewing/Ordering Appointment
Approximately one - two weeks after your session you will be invited back to view your images.
